Tents can help set a mood and elegance that cannot be matched in any other way. This is not the end though. Tents can be accessorized to create ambiance with decorations, lighting (chandeliers, perimeter lights, freestanding lights, colored lighting), tent liners, leg drapes, dance floors, tables, chairs, chair covers, linens, bar, cathedral windows, plants, trees, etc all combine to set the mood and ambiance of creating your room.
Remember, no two functions are alike. Each event deserves to be looked at individually so that the proper size and layout can be determined based on your personal needs and preferences.

Tent Styles
Frame Tents - a professionally installed party tent consisting of a vinyl top stretched over a metal frame, containing no center poles.
Pole Tents - a heavy-duty party tent made of canvas or vinyl supported by poles around the perimeter and in the center. Pole tents must be installed by professionals and will shelter against most bad weather.
Pop-Up Canopy Tents - a small, lightweight collapsible frame fabric canopy. Provides shelter and protection from light rain, usually as a dot-it-yourself rental that can be erected and removed quickly.
Party Canopy - a lightweight overhead shelter for sun or light rain, usually a rental that customers can erect and take down themselves. Includes one or more center poles.
Tent Size
Some of the factors that determine what size tent you will need include:
- Whether you are using round or banquet tables
- If you are using a head table, and if so, the size of the head table
- Whether your event is a cocktail party, sit-down dinner, buffet or station event
- If you need a dance floor, space for a band, DJ table, bar, etc
- Number of guests
