Jessica Shaw of Scottsdale, AZ and
Brett Ryder of Big Flats, NY
became engaged on 3/1/08
 
Brett is the son of Alan and Phyllis Ryder of Big Flats.  Brett, a 1999 graduate from Horseheads High School and a 2003 graduate from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute, is working as an Electrical Engineer for the Air Force Research Lab.
 
Jessica graduated from the University of Colorado followed by the University of St. Francis and is a Physician Assistant.  The couple met and presently reside in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
 
They will be married in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Community in Scottsdale, Arizona on June 6, 2009, followed by a reception at the Scottsdale Resort & Conference Center.
